This self portrait attempts to convey a general likeness of the artist and the capture difficult side of a seizure. This piece was the very first step on exploring epilepsy in the artist’s work.

Epilepsy is a mostly “invisable” disability to the public but it certainly not rare. 1 in 26 people recieve it each year according to the epilepsy foundation in the U.S.
