Emily Marguerite Emond (b. 1996, Baltimore, MD) received her BFA in Studio Art at the University of Central Florida and her AA in Art at Broward College.

​Using photography as an experimental springboard she makes work about her epilepsy and neurosurgery, approaching it in a documentary manner with personal tones.

​She creates this work to start an educated conversation about epilepsy, both its scientific side and its emotional one to increase awareness within the community.

Emond currently lives and works in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, USA.
